Fortunately, there are many ways to avoid it. If someone offers you to buy or resell your membership in exchange for a fee, consider it a fraud. Do not share information of any kind with them.
These criminals tend to use the name of a company, in some cases, they even use the TravelSmart and its affiliate's name. However, as long as you don’t share information, such as your Membership Contract, you and your information are completely safe.

These unscrupulous individuals will ask you to share your membership details with excuses. This will grant them access to your information.

All official emails are sent from our domains: @travelsmartvip.com or authorized partners domains such as @resorts-advantage.com.
If someone contacts you from a similiar domain but not this exactly domain, it will probably be a criminal. Contact us first to verify if its a safe contact.

If you are contacted by a third-party or someone claiming to be part of TravelSmart who wants to resell your membership, please contact our reservation center immediately.
You will be able to verify that your information is safe and, as long as you do not engage of conversations of any kind with these individuals, you will be too.
